Awesome service from start to finish! We had the disco dome for our daughter’s sweet 16th. Her and her friends loved it. The dome itself was great quality and perfectly clean, the lights were brilliant and the sound quality was amazing. Will definitely be using this company again.

I cannot say enough about the service we received from Marshalls. AJ delivered the castle and could not do enough. He was the most pleasant helpful friendly lad. We had an amazing party and AJ returned this morning to collect the castle. Again he was an absolute pleasure. He is a real asset to a fantastic company. Thank you Marshalls Castles.

This is the second time I have used this company for bouncy castle. Both times they have been excellent! I use them this weekend gone, arrive on time and packed away on time so I wouldn't loose my deposit for the Venue. Think the guy who came was named Jed (apologies if this is not your name), but his delivery of customer service was excellent.

I don't know where to start. I have used this company twice now and I will definitely use them again and again in the future. Excellent service! The person who answers the phone is VERY professional and polite and very helpful, answered all of my questionn. The person who came to set up the bouncy castle was very polite and professional too, he explained everything clearly and helped my Husband to connect his phone to the radio. My Daughter loved the bouncy castle and all of her friends did too, seeing all these smiles tells a lot! The bouncy castle was very clean when it came. Great value of money. If that would be possible then I would give this company more than 5 starts!! HIGHLY recommend this company!!!! Thank you so much guys for making my Daughter's Birthday so special and she loved it so much she already asked if she can have a bouncy castle from you for her Birthday next year

We had a kids holiday club inflatable day so we booked a assault course , disco dome sumo suits and other different things.
Absolutely excellent service from start to finish all arrived on time and was promptly set up by the delivery guy who was polite and got all the items set up in no time at all
The castles where clean and useable when delivered
All castles were collected at the stated time by the same guy who is a credit to his company

Prompt delivery, the gentleman who delivered the bouncy castle was very polite and just cracked on with setting the bouncy castle up which didn’t take long at all, really good value for money the bouncy castle was a lot bigger than I thought. Mark liased with the club I had the bouncy castle at regarding collection. Will definitely use again in the future the kids loved it
